As part of the investment team, M&A interns work on the front lines of deal sourcing and investment execution. From day one, they’re encouraged to think like investors. Many of our top interns return for future cohorts or join the team full-time after graduation.
What to Expect
A Structured Learning Experience
Interns go through an M&A 101 onboarding, are paired with a dedicated mentor, attend Lunch & Learns with senior investors, and build strong connections through cohort-wide social events.
Exposure to Live Deals
From initial outreach and due diligence to closing and integration, interns get a comprehensive view of how deals get done.
Real Sourcing Work
Interns take ownership of the top of the deal funnel. They conduct industry research, identify acquisition targets, and reach out directly to founders and executives.
