Gaurav began his career in corporate M&A at Volaris Group, an operating group of Constellation Software. Most recently, at Valsoft, Gaurav is responsible for leading the Corporate Investment Team. Charged with overseeing the strategic direction and successful execution of opportunities, he is recognized for his leadership and fostering positive and collaborative partnerships that contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
